To return an order, send an email to enquiries@poker-sets.co.uk and request a returns number. This must be sent within 48hours of receiving your order. Once you receive your returns number, you can then send your order back to us, to the address provided.
Orders must be returned in their original packaging, and any return postage costs must be paid by the customer.
A restocking fee of £1.95 will be charged. |
